Greyfriars Apartments Customer Information

Where do I check-in?
Geyfriars Apartments does not have a reception area. Please call the number on your booking confirmation 30 minutes before you arrive. You will be given the exact address of the Apartment and a member of staff will meet you to check you in.

Can we check-in earlier than 3pm?
Guest are welcome to check-in to their Apartment up to three hours earlier at a rate of £10 per hour.

Is there somewhere for me to leave my luggage?
Geyfriars Apartments does not have left luggage services. Guests are invited to extend their stay by the hour in order to better suit their travel arrangements (charges apply).

Where can I park my vehicle?
Public parking is available on the street which has to be paid for per hour. If you staying for longer you can use the car park at Blackfriairs Street, EH1 1NE 100m from the Apartments. The car park is less than 5 minutes walking distance from the apartments.

How do I make payment of the remaining balance?
On the date of your arrival Geyfriars Apartments will take the remainder of the balance from the credit/debit card the apartment was booked on. The balance can be paid cash on arrival if this is preferable. Please let us know prior to your day of arrival so the balance is not automatically taken from the card.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of 10 percent will be charged.
  • If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
  • If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
If you do not want to offer extra beds at all, please use the bed type "no extra beds available".

All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of baby cots in a room is 1.

50 percent of the total amount will be charged by the Apartment on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes
VAT is included, Service charge is included, City/tourist tax is included.

Wireless Internet access in the apartments is no longer available.

Meal Plan
This hotel has no meal services.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (no reservation is needed) and charges are applicable.

Pets are not allowed.
